WE WOULD LOVE YOU TO JOIN US!
Who are we? A group of Falkland House patients, and all PPG volunteers
What do we do? We support the work of the Falkland House Team, and also represent the interests of the patients
Our main activities are
- Supporting the surgery team through volunteering our services as needs arise
- Providing a range of information for patients through PPG newsletters, the waiting room screen, the PPG web page and the waiting room notice board
- Seeking patients’ views on a range of surgery and health issues and representing these to the surgery and South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)
- Working with the five other surgeries in the Porter Valley Primary Care Network to develop local health priorities
- Raising funds to meet patients’ needs at the surgery, and to support local health-related charitable organisations

Join us at our quarterly meetings and contribute your ideas, skills and knowledge – and any time you have to spare – to support the PPG’s activities

By email, receive regular PPG newsletters and updates, and serve as an occasional PPG ‘sounding board’ when we seek patients’ views on surgery and local health issues
