Appointments

During normal opening hours, please ring or call in at reception to make an appointment. Some appointments can be booked in advance, others are only available on the day.  If you require an on the day appointment please call the Surgery at 8.30am.

Please make a separate appointment for each person wishing to be seen. We prefer children under the age of 16 to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

We aim to meet any requests to see a specific GP whenever possible. All consultations are by appointment. There are no surgeries at this practice on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.  We are able to offer additional appointments at one of the satellite hub Practices, these are pre-bookable only, our receptionists will advise you on this.

If you have a rash which may be infectious, please inform reception as it may be wise to seat you away from other patients.

Emergencies

Emergencies will take priority at all times and sometimes this can affect surgeries.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

Answer a few short questions and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during our opening hours (please see opening times section for details). The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.

The outcome of your assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, nurse or self-care.
If your outcome indicates that an appointment is required, you simply click on the request appointment link.

The information you provide will be shared with our clinical team (where appropriate) and will assist in providing robust information of your problem to the required clinical team member prior to your appointment (if required).
