What is Heidi Health?

From April 2025 Falkland House Surgery are going to be using a new transcription software to assist us in record keeping.

This is called Heidi Health and is already widely used in many GP Practices.

Heidi is a helpful tool that allows your clinician to focus entirely on you during your visit while still allowing them to accurately capture medical information, ensuring a comprehensive and precise record of your care.

Your consent is crucial and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Heidi Health employs robust and strict access controls meaning only your clinician has access to sensitive information- They are GDPR and NHS compliant and the information management systems are also ISO27001 accredited for data security.

They prioritise data sovereignty by ensuring all data is locally hosted within the UK. This practice enhances data security while also ensuring compliance with UK data protection regulations.
