Repeat Prescriptions

If you are taking regular medication the GPs may consider you are suitable for repeat prescriptions. To ensure accuracy, we ask patients to use the prescription counterfoil or to submit written requests for medication

Requests may be handed in at reception, placed in the box in the porch or posted. You may collect in person, enclose an SAE for return by post or arrange for a chemist to collect. If possible, please let us know at the time that you order your prescription which method of collection you intend to use.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. If you would like to use this facility please print and complete the application form and hand it into reception. You may be required to provide some photo I.D.

Please try to order all of your monthly requirements at the same time.

Prescriptions will be ready within 2 working days of ordering.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
