During normal opening hours, please ring or call in at reception to make an appointment. Some appointments can be booked in advance, others are only available on the day.

Please make a separate appointment for each person wishing to be seen. We prefer children under the age of 16 to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

We aim to meet any requests to see a specific GP whenever possible. All consultations are by appointment. There are no surgeries at this practice on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.  We are able to offer additional appointments at our satellite hub practice in Crookes, these are pre-bookable only, our receptionists will advise you on this.

If you have a rash which may be infectious, please inform reception as it may be wise to seat you away from other patients.

Emergencies will take priority at all times and sometimes this can affect surgeries.

Telephone Conversations

It is possible to speak with the GPs or nurses during the course of the working day but you may be asked to ring back at the end of surgery unless you inform the reception staff your call is an emergency.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
